In-person and online therapy for adolescents and adults.

With an evidence-based and human approach, I offer a safe space to understand yourself better.

My Approach

Every person's life story, relationships and difficulties are entirely their own. That is why I see therapy not as a process that hands out ready-made solutions, but as a journey in which I accompany you while you make sense of your own experience and discover the resources you need in order to change.

I ground my work in evidence-based approaches — foremost among them Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — and I take care to apply that scientific knowledge flexibly and individually, according to each client's needs. For me, therapy is not only about easing symptoms; it also opens up space for you to understand yourself, your relationships and your life more deeply.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components of change. That is why I care about building a safe relationship in the therapy room — one in which you can speak without being judged, feel understood, and think things through together with me.

I believe that meaningful and lasting change becomes possible when a scientifically grounded approach, a strong therapeutic relationship and a genuine collaboration between client and therapist come together.

Evidence-Based

I work with proven, up-to-date Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques supported by current literature.

Tailored to You

Every client's story is different; the process is shaped around your needs and your goals.

A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space

In a confidential, accepting environment free of judgment, you can express yourself with ease.

About

In 2020 I graduated on a full scholarship from the Psychology Department of Bahçeşehir University. I then completed the Clinical Psychology master's program at Maltepe University with a thesis titled "The Predictive Effect of the Dark Triad on the Moral Judgments of Young Adults: The Mediating Role of Empathy." During my master's I completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy given by Asst. Prof. Kuntay Arcan, along with my supervision process.

I continued my academic work as a research assistant at the Maltepe University Psychology Laboratory (PsiLab). Alongside this, I completed my clinical internship at the Erenköy Mental Health and Neurological Diseases Hospital. I served as a clinical psychologist on the TÜSEB project "My Friend İda: An Augmented-Reality-Assisted Psychotherapy Application for Children Diagnosed with Cancer," carried out under the leadership of Koç University and supervised by Prof. Dr. Kemal Kuşçu.

I continue to see adolescent and adult clients within the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tradition.
